Very very happy with their service. They promptly answered our call and also came on weekend. Repaired the leaking pipe super fast. Was struggling with this problem for more than a week and received no positive response from anyone. The person from Kuzey answered our call promptly and was also communicating with us via Whatsapp. He came within 2 hours even on a weekend and changed the leaking pipe quickly. He was very friendly and the prices are also reasonable.

I highly recommend Kuzey Haustechnik! The person who arrived was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I had an issue with connecting my washing machine to the tap. I had previously booked two other people to resolve it and could not be done. I’ve struggled with this issue for weeks and finally booked Kuzey Haustechnik. They resolved it in an hour!! They are available on Sunday and arrived in 2-3 hours. I also don’t know German, they were very understanding and patient, and did not mind using google translate to communicate in English. 10/10 would recommend :)
