I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lotus. I am so grateful to the wonderful members of this team. My husband and I both have begun counseling at Lotus and have recommended it to numerous friends. They have created a modernized process for pairing their clients with the right therapists and I fervently wish it was an industry standard. You start with an orientation meeting with the company's founder, who then pairs you with a counselor based on your needs. They also go to great lengths to work with your insurance so you don't have to which again, is vastly different from the standard experience nationwide. That type of care is a great representation of Lotus as a whole, as financing is what keeps so many people from getting the mental health help they need. Thank you Lotus!
