I have been dealing with the location in Rock Rapids Iowa and there is a lady there named Carol that answers the phone. She is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered!! She does not know nor does she care about customer service, never tries to be helpful and is just rude, rude, rude! I am very sorry for this company that they think this is acceptable behavior because it is not in a business setting or any other setting!!! This company deserves 0 stars but you have to choose one to post the review.

dangerous drivers!!!My daughter..myself and her 8 month old child was in the car. one driver was so close to her bumper we could not see his bumper!! she could not drive any faster because their was traffic directly in front of her. she was driving the speed limit of 55 but i could not go any faster. he would back off but then come right back on her. she could not put on brakes or slow to turn cause he was so close he would have hit her cause he could not see her turn signal or brake lights. we had her 8 month old baby with us. He was making hand gestures at us too. dangerous..careless and.reckless individual! . the driver was a white male...this company name was on the dogbox door...white freightliner. pulling a mail dry van..the trailer number was #5573-16..this happened in Alabama..on hwy 167 between Enterprise Al and Troy, Al. he was headed toward Troy..on Wednesday june 6 2018...about 10:15/10:30 am Alabama time..
