In 2022, I embarked on a deeply personal journey by starting a mental health facility, which officially opened in April/May of 2023. By July of that year, however, things were not unfolding as I had hoped. The challenges were mounting, and I found myself in a very stressful and financially difficult situation. At that point, my friend Michelle recommended a law firm she trusted, and on July 25, 2023, I had a free discovery Zoom meeting with David Fish. The meeting was scheduled for 15 minutes but ended up going longer. During the discussion, David took the time to understand my case and explained the pros and cons of the situation. The team rallied together, firmly believing in me and the cause I was championing. Dominic, inspired by their confidence and support, decided to press forward. The following months were nothing short of grueling, but the team’s resilience and commitment shone through. I want to give special recognition to Ellie Sanders, who was simply incredible. She sat by my side during the final three-day Arbitration hearing, offering unwavering support and reassurance. On January 3, 2025, the Arbitrator issued a decision—and it was resoundingly in our favor. Words cannot fully express the immense gratitude I feel for the trust, sacrifice, and humanizing care this team demonstrated throughout the journey. They didn’t just fight for my case; they believed in me and stood by me as if I were family. Thanks to Romano Law and this exceptional team, I now have peace of mind knowing I’ll never have to search for legal support again.
