The professionalism of their staff is severely lacking. Prior to engaging in business, their response time is notably prompt. However, once a contract is established for concrete supply, their behaviour takes a stark turn. Calls go unanswered, responses become scarce, and commitments are left unfulfilled. Specifically, their Production Manager, Mr. Nazeer, exhibits a complete lack of response and cooperation. My personal encounter with Unibeton has been quite disappointing.
