Horrible experience — charged $97 for cancelled rides and completely unresponsive I don’t usually write reviews, but this was unacceptable. I booked two taxi rides with this company and cancelled both well in advance — yet I was still charged $97.80. I’ve called, emailed, and messaged multiple times trying to resolve the issue, and have been completely ignored. Not only is this dishonest and unprofessional, it feels like the company is deliberately avoiding accountability. If you value your time, money, or basic customer service, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is not how a business should operate — especially one handling transportation and trust. I’ll be reporting this to my bank and filing a complaint with consumer protection You can see in the screenshots the cancelled rides, and how they won’t refund my money!!

Script Wise

I’ve used this taxi service a few times, and it’s been a solid experience. The drivers are friendly, and the cars are clean. There has been a couple of minor delays during peak hours, but nothing to fret about. Overall, very reliable choice!
