Customer experiences
Every single instructor and staff is oozing with sweetness. They all want you to be successful and think about you first and care about your career. Their diploma program is out of this world, covering all the basis making you stand out in the coveted music industry. The program is intense, its fun, and it sure brings out the creative best out of you. Highly recommended. I feel they are better than VFS. Don’t go by the size of their campus, go with how big their heart is.
I’m ecstatic about the education, contacts, professional experience, and mindset that I’ve attained in attending SAE here in North Vancouver. If you are at all interested in maybe going to school for audio engineering, or even just curious and wanting to check the place out, give them a call and the staff (which are all awesome) will go above and beyond to help you out! Seriously I can’t recommend this school enough.
I regret not going to this school. I visited this school and RAC Toronto and I attend Metalworks Mississauga. This school seems like the best deal. Even though it’s only 8 months I’m learning a whole bunch of excess classroom lectures at Metalworks. This school seems way more hands on. I recommend this place for future students.
Invited to a recording session here, I was quite pleased weeith the facility. Super friendly staff, well versed in their equipment. Though I predominantly ran through my own gear, there were many instruments too choose from as well as access to a drum kit and baby grand piano. At first glance, a modern studio predicated upon an S4 digital mixing consol the Universal Audio Apollo, however, the studio has impressive expansion of outboard gear that can be used in conjunction to expand as necessary. An assortment of preamps are at their disposal and a variety of compressors including a couple legacy pieces standard of very high grade studios such as a milenium compressor, API pre's and a 1073 Neve preamp. The session I performed on lasted 5 hours and we were very pleased with what was accomplished afterwards. We look forwards with anticipation as to the final results of the mix and mastering process.
SAE Institute Vancouver is a trade school.
