Came here with my sister after getting gift cards and had a lovely facial experience from start to end. We came a bit early and sat in the cosy waiting area where we were offered tea, coffee, water, and cookies which was a pleasant surprise. Our estheticians, Michelle and Stefanie, were amazing — the skin consult and thoughtful recommendations helped me understand where my skin care regimen can improve, and the detox facials were fantastic and highly relaxing. The receptionist was such a pleasure as well. Thank you to the amazing team here for making our first facial experiences so enjoyable, I will certainly be back!

So I’m not one to write reviews usually but I’m no happy right now. Short version: booked a skin purifying facial which includes extractions, paid over $200 with tip and I come to the car to see I still have little white heads. (Photos attached). Long version: had a really stressful day so decided to treat myself with my first facial ever. I have rosacea and it comes with some acne which sucks. Saw you allowed same day booking so I booked my appointment for an hour and a half later so I could have this emergency “me time” session to try and decompress and do something nice for myself. The girl was very nice and the place soothing with the massages etc, but I told her I have rosacea and acne which is why I picked this session. I even paid $35 extra for an additional soothing face mask for this reason. My expectations were that I would come out without the little white acne bumps, truthfully low expectations for the small blackheads on my nose. It felt like she made a good go of my nose when she had the bright light on my face, but I could tell she didn’t even try to address any acne anywhere else - I didn’t say anything at the time because I thought with all the creams etc she was using, that maybe they had already opened up and were gone because they were pretty close to the surface anyways - clearly a mistake because when I got to the car after paying, I see I still very much have little white heads and although a little more relaxed, I definitely don’t feel like I got the service I paid for, let alone $200 worth. I am attaching pictures I’ve taken just in the car along with my email receipt and the description of the service which definitely states that youre supposed to have clean pores after this service - a bunch of white heads do not equal clean pores people!

From the moment I stepped into Sanctuary Day Spa, I was impressed by the pleasant scents and beautiful interior design. The atmosphere is simply stunning! My masseuse, Peter, was exceptional. He targeted all my painful spots, ensured I was comfortable with the pressure, and managed to be firm without causing any discomfort. The massage bed was very comfortable, and the room temperature was just right—not too hot and not too cold. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and I could feel the tension in my muscles melting away. Peter was truly amazing! After the massage, he even gave me helpful stretching tips. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a cold lemon water station outside the room. The washroom was spotless, and the entire spa was immaculately clean and well-maintained, giving off a true sense of luxury and relaxation. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely Amazing Spa Experience every time. Very Clean and Cosy and the Staff. Are very Hospitable! We receive our Massage Therapy Services and highly recommend all their therapists especially P Ursulescu. It a wonderful place I enjoy visiting every time sitting in their waiting rooms are very calming. I used to come here for my prenatal massage treatments 15 years ago.
