I never like to leave bad reviews as I never want to mess with people’s income HOWEVER I gotta do right by the people, they’re crooks. Used them as a landlord for about 3 years and there was ALWAYS discrepancies on the ledger report. If you don’t read the report I guarantee they’re stealing from you. They had $600 descriptions that were false, double charges, if a tenant left a mattress out instead of informing me so I can handle it they’ll automatically charge you $200 when the city charges $20 to throw it, with a $100 fine if you don’t. The wife never wanted to handle escalations always handed it off to her husband Jose which was no help. I live away and when I returned the common area of my building was filthy although I paid for cleaning and the tenants stated they NEVER seen anyone cleaning. My advise is to go elsewhere they’re not honest people.
