I literally just left my massage appointment and I needed to write this right away. Mara is a fantastic RMT. She asks questions to fully understand your lifestyle and concerns so she can address it in the most effective way. Most other places for massage are very transactional and I have never felt like my concerns were addressed, but Mara is 100% not like that. Anyone is the Hespler community that wants an upscale and quality experience should come see Mara. I cannot say enough good things about my appointment.

We (my husband and I ) have been seeing our massage therapist Corrine for just under a year now! The loft is a new location for us and we absolutely love it. The location and decor are beautiful. Corrine is an amazing massage therapist who always listens to how we are feeling and what our concerns are, and we always feel great when we leave, she helps with areas of concern and the issues are resolved before we leave. She is an amazing massage therapist who is someone that we always feel comfortable around. She is always professional and friendly when we are dealing with her. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing - you will love it! I would recommend her and the loft 100 times over. If you are in need of a good massage therapist I would highly recommend you check them out. You will not be upset with Corrine or the Loft.

Jennifer Lyons is highly recommended. I had extreme back, shoulder and neck pain after the pregnancy. She worked on the knots and it worked as miracle. After two appointments, my pain just disappeared. She is an amazing person, always motivates to workout. She recommended me few yoga exercises as well.
