This company is laughable. I am a new condo owner and did not get my snow removed so I contacted my property manager. This is day four. No reply to my texts. No reply to my phone calls and no reply to my many requests to receive a simple answer to my question. When will I get my snow removed? This is unprofessional behaviour, poor service, terrible communication and just plain wrong. His answer to me was, they must be busy. Wow. When talking to him, he admitted that he has received many compliments about this, but he has done nothing to solve it. We are mostly seniors in this complex. This is no way to treat seniors.These are terrible people.. Just an update. I went on the site to see my review and it’s gone. What a surprise. No reviews shown. Interesting. This coming from a company that prides themselves on effective communication.
