If you have ever heard of ERICA FLORES with Secure Property Management….BEWARE!!! She will do anything possible to torment you, to the point of creating LIES to force you out of your home!! On the day I received devastating health news, which she was informed, she goes above and beyond to send a breach of lease to me. I’m sorry…I have been very sick and unable to work on HER timeline with ABSOLUTELY NO accommodations, even though RENT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE ENTIRE LEASE. The house I rent from SECURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is indescribable. The house has been an extreme fire hazard since day 1, although I was not made aware. The plumbing and electricity were done in the most horrendous fashion. Both were installed in such a faulty manner, there was no way it was unknown to either the owner, secure property management, Erica Flores, or ALL!! Let me just show you exactly what I mean… (See below) And there is MUCH more!! Please do not risk your physical and emotional health, along with those you love, to even entertain any type of business with her or Secure Property Management!!

We were interested in 908 Hunter LN. We did a self guided tour. We were very interested in the property. We requested a call back via email and text, because we had a couple of questions. No call back. Just emails you cannot respond to. If they will not respond to inquiries imagine a call for maintenance.

I lived at 127 lakebrink drive I moved out on 3/4 yesterday 3/17 turned in my keys there was 3 walls with chipped off paint also apparently the smoke detector batteries started beeping while the move out inspector was there I wish I could post the pics in which a touch up jobs could be performed while talking to Erica Flores she told me they was going to charge me 300-400 dollars in which i did turn into my lawyer for a 5 min slap on some touch up paint job also you have to hire professional carpet cleaning company before you can leave guess to clean up from previous tenant who didn't clean the carpets could take up to 30 days to get your deposit back if they dont take it all for simple touch up paint jobs also there was no parking spots for guest in the back townhomes your guest had to walk to the very front of property and hope they didnt get a yellow sticker on their car for parking there I'm glad to be out of this place if anything happens plumbing electrical while you are in this home they will make you the renter pay to repair their home make sure to completely read the lease before moving here I feel it's definitely a money trap and I'm being took advantage of because I left they are charging me outrageous prices for a simple touch up paint job and some smoke detector batteries and the very sad part about it is good tenants who always pay there rent on time and are quiet don't complain or bother anyone are always the ones who get treated the worse !!! UPDATE AS OF 4/16 STILL HAVENT RECEIVED WHATS LEFT OF MY DEPOSIT AFTER BEING CHARGED 300 FOR THIS SEE PHOTOS ...

I’ve lived in a lot of different cities and places in my time and there is not a maintenance team out there that could hold a candle to what I’ve witnessed here. Rochelle is always quick to respond and find a solution and there is nothing Jesse can’t fix. I put a work order in yesterday evening and Jesse is here by lunch with my issue resolved along with another I threw blindly at him. If it wasn’t for this maintenance team covering for this builder, I don’t know how it would be possible to stay. Hats off to this maintenance team! Keep up the great work.
