The salt cave is a perfect alternative to a sandy beach experience to get the benefits of the salty air without the other elements such as too much heat (sweating) and sand all over you. It leaves you feeling refreshed. The entire spa has an uplifting vibe that seems to match the personality of the shop owner, Tina. Both the conversation with Tina and the salt cave experience were therapeutic. The ambiance of the salt cave and salt room is relaxing with a touch of elegance to it. Ideal for a solo retreat or an outing with friends. A creative, cozy, and calming space to self-reflect or converse.

As a massage therapist of 19 years, I know a thing or two about massage and Katherine did a fantastic job! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after my 80 minute massage in the salt cave. Check this place out. It was well with my hour drive and I will defiantly be back. Great customer service and soothing atmosphere plus great health benefits!

I really wanted to love this place. I booked a massage in the salt cave online as a gift for my husband's birthday. Due to his work schedule, the date that I originally booked wound up needing to be changed to a different day. The day of his rescheduled massage, he wound up with bronchitis and completely forgot about his appointment, so the spa called me (I was at work) to find out if he was still going to make it in. I called my husband, who then panicked when he realized he'd forgotten about his massage. He called them immediately to reschedule a second time, which they were happy to do. There was no mention of needing to pay any fee for his not showing up. The day of his massage arrives, and when he spoke to them, they mentioned he would need to pay $80 for his no show due to the fact that the masseuse still needed to be paid on that day. This is understandable, however, it should have been mentioned prior to the actual day of the massage. Had they clarified this when he called on the day of his no show to reschedule, then this review would not exist. They did not communicate anywhere that he would need to pay an $80 no show fee on top of the already nearly $180 paid for the massage and tip until he showed up to have his massage. 🤦‍♀️ Happy Birthday to my hubby.
