Found Serina on google and she was super responsive and assessed my hair quickly. She booked me in for the next day (I was leaving for a trip and needed an urgent fix) and was so gentle and sweet. She fixed my balayage and got it to what I had originally wanted at the other salon! Magic.

I have come to Serina for 7+ years and she is phenomenal. She is the first hair stylist I’ve had that cares about exactly what I want and makes sure I’m happy with my hair. She goes above and beyond every single time. I always leave her chair feeling so confident and beautiful. Everyone always compliments my hair like crazy! I get blonde highlights, sometimes with other colours like purple, and I always get a hair cut. I HIGHLY recommend Serina. It’s worth every penny and more. My only advice would be to book ASAP since she fills up quickly. Sometimes months in advance
