Originally reached out to Douglas via Thumbtack and he got back to me right away. Described my problem and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Dewayne was out the very next day and was all finished within an hour. Both he and his assistant were very polite and cordial. The new faucet and water shut off works and looks great. I’ve been worried about the old faucet breaking for years and now that worry is gone. I’ve already got some other projects lined up for the future I will reach out to them to fix. We had a water heater start leaking. Shaw plumbing came out, met with Doug and he was very down to earth and explained all my options. After we talked price and decision we signed up to get a new gas tankless water heater. His crew came out next day in the morning and did a great job! Everyone was nice, and professional. Doug was there as well, not just the crew, to check on their work and to ensure everything was done properly. I highly recommend Shaw Plumbing and will 100% call on them again!!
