Working with Shoshannah was an absolute breeze. She helped us with the sale of our home in the fall with professionalism, warmth, and an incredible knowledge of the market. Selling can be stressful, but she made it feel light and straight forward. When it came time to buy, my husband and I were all over the place! we had no clue where we wanted to live and ended up looking at many homes in many different areas. Through it all, Shoshannah and her husband Charles who is also a realtor were endlessly patient, never rushed us, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for our family. Their keen eye for detail and knowledge of renovations and home structure gave us so much confidence. They noticed things during showings (good or bad) that we never would have picked up on.
