I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience here. I was late for my appointment for a genuine reason, and instead of being understanding, the barber mentioned he could only do a fade cut but still charged me for a full service including beard. I don’t mind paying for good service, but fairness and respect matter. I hope they treat customers better in the future
