Extremely disappointing service. My shipment arrived a week late, with multiple boxes damaged and product shortages. The handling was careless, and the lack of accountability caused significant business losses. I do not recommend this company for reliable freight services.

Trash service, the man literally dropped all my pallets off at the door and didn't even attempt to help me get them in the storage building with his jack, I have had 5 deliveries in Greenville for my company Affinity and this has never been an issue, he then asked me the person before him was the guy black or white I'm not sure what that has to do with him doing his job, we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with this company yearly to be treated like this. I had to load each box 1 by 1 into the unit in 95 degree temperature. I will do my best to ensure my company takes out business to another company who can provide service. His jack could have cleared that small step with no problem, what makes me upset is that he didn't even attempt but instead tried to convince me how the drivers before him must have went out of their way.🤦‍♂️

Great company to work with. Exceptional delivery times, friendly drivers, and excellent communication. Had a question about a billing discrepancy which was no fault of Southeastern's, spoke with Joyce Blanton on a Monday afternoon about it, it was a weird one so she asked me to give her a couple of days to get it figured out. Less than 24 hours later she had the whole situation resolved for us with an ETA to receive the credit. Phenomenal customer service!

Wonderful experience! My wife ordered an expedited "next day" pallet of tile that was crucial to the completion of our bathroom remodel. After speaking with the dispatcher at the COL service center that morning and a call from the delivery driver 30 minutes prior to delivery it was very easy to coordinate a link up and sign for or pallet. Great customer service and will definitely use SEFL in the future!
