I had an amazing experience at this spa! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the massage was absolutely incredible—I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep! It was pure bliss. Spending time in the sauna and jacuzzi afterward was the perfect way to complete the experience. The few hours I spent there flew by, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I can’t wait to come back!

*UPDATED after response from spa - out of appreciation for their follow up, have removed some portions originally included below and updated the rating* Had a lovely experience with Marina (5 stars for her) as well as the other service providers and attendants. Unfortunately, I do not understand how Nancy the manager holds a position in client services. I have rarely experienced someone as rude, haughty and curt in a place that I paid an exceptional amount FOR good service. It’s not the message, it’s the manner in which someone delivers it - and when I calmly shared that her delivery did not land well, she just flat out told me I’m wrong and her communication was perfect - um, is that how guest services work these days?

This is a very special place. Hotels are everywhere. Resorts are less common, but still plentiful. Resorts with attractive spas are numerous, but often something is lacking or not quite right. Even when the facilities are excellent, the quality of the massages is uncertain. Except here. Here, everything was perfect. Located centrally in the hotel (no long walk back to one’s room), the amenities are plentiful and comprehensive. The men’s locker room boasts dry and steam saunas, a whirlpool and separate cold plunge, and a single-gender relaxation room complete with snacks(good ones) and a roaring fireplace. Everything was neat and tidy, well designed and well managed. That’s not the point, though. The point is that as a licensed massage therapist (for another hotel chain), I have very high standards for bodywork providers. My MT, Cat, was a consummate professional, and exceeded my expectations so much that I sat down immediately after my massage to write this review. Detailed oriented, intuitive, with spectacular senses of both speed and rhythm, Cat packed in a remarkable amount of skill, technique, and dedication into my session. I have never…..ever…evar(sic) had a better massage. This is the first resort I’ve visited for a long, long time where I knew I would return just for the spa. I could not be more relaxed, or more impressed. This is a very special place.
