The workouts are fun, dynamic, and always keeps you guessing! But by far my favorite thing about Spenga is the community! The instructors and members are all uplifting and empowering! Plus their childcare area makes it even easier as my littlest one can come with me and she asks to come with me too. I love SPENGA and so glad I found it.

SPENGA offers workouts that are versatile and fun! I love that I am challenged to give my personal best, and don’t feel pressure to perform the same as the person next to me. The staff are friendly and encouraging, and I absolutely love the variety of spin, strength, and yoga all in one class! The contracts can be modified or canceled with 30 days’ notice, and there is a generous class cancellation timeframe as well. They also have a kids’ room, which makes it possible for me to attend while having little ones! So glad I finally joined!
