Val VAlthough the staff is lovely and I don't doubt their well intentions, I don't recommend the salon for curly haircuts if you want to preserve the length. I feel some work is needed in the curly hair department : if the client wants to keep their 'damaged hair' to preserve the length, it should be respected and they should not made feel uncomfortable with that decision. Therefore, I would recommend having a better understanding of curly hair cuts and/or give more importance to listening and respecting clients' requests regarding their own hair. That is not to say the haircut I received was bad per say, but rather that it doesn't fit what I wanted and feels like the stylist prioritized their own wishes for my hair over mine. :/ just wanted to inform the curly hair peeps so that you can be aware of that ;)
