My wife and I have leased an investment property (as our home) from STG Rental Mgmt. (STG) for 5 years now. Our experience with STG has been excellent throughout this period. We've found that STG's team always responds professionally to help us maintain a safe and comfortable home. Our latest experience with STG maintenance was the submission of a request to replace several 20-year-old smoke detectors. These (5) outdated detectors came with STG's acquisition of this investor-owned property around 5 years ago. Hence, they didn't know these units were outdated. After submitting our online maintenance request, their Maintenance Services Mgr. Samantha immediately identified and engaged a reliable handyman vendor to schedule a convenient time for their handyman to replace ALL 5 smoke detectors. He completed this job in less than 2 hours on the first day we became available to supervise him as he worked in our home. STG's assigned handyman was both personable and efficient throughout this process. We now have 5 new smoke detectors, the most difficult of which (as it's attached to a 15 ft ceiling) now has a 10-year battery so that we don't have to call the Santa Clara Fire Department every time (usually once a year) to assist us in replacing the battery in this difficult-to-access detector. YAY! Thank you again, STG Rental Management, for being consistently responsive to your tenants' needs. KUDOS!!!
