My friend and I participated in a hot yoga session taught by Heather. Heather made me feel so welcome the second I walked through the door. The session was enlightening in all aspects: my mind, body and even spirit. Heather was attentive, graceful and her teaching helped me improve my practice and attain what I needed from the flow that day. Best Hot yoga studio in Denver. The staff and teachers and so kind and caring about all students, no matter their experience. This is a safe place to be yourself with no judgement. The teachers clean all surfaces after each class and take the utmost care to keep the bathrooms and common area clean and tidy. The music is upbeat, the flow is invigorating and the heat and humidity allow for you to get deep into the practice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that I will keep coming back to time and time again.

Sumits Yoga is without a doubt my favorite studio ever. ALL the instructors here are absolutely incredible. And, unlike other studios, which claim to have hot classes, Sumits actually DELIVERS on their promise (the classes are VERY HOT!) They have recently began adding vinyasa classes and I enjoy them immensely! April, the CEO of this location, is always receptive to feedback, and takes time to listen and respond to the student's every need. She's also an incredible instructor. This is a fantastic community. I STRONGLY suggest you check this studio out!
