I have recently made this my pcp and I have NOT been let down yet. Lori James is a kind and present NP, who listens to all your concerns and experiences. I feel so comfortable talking with her and felt that way from the very beginning. I also had a great walk in visit with Brittany Shults.

The service was great and wait time was fast. I had an appointment at 1:00 PM and was seen at 1:03. However, my child tested positive for strep and we were told that we would have prescriptions sent to WalMart in Lawrenceburg. I live in Lewis County and live 30 minutes from WalMart. I waited a good 2 hours before going to Walmart. When I got there no scripts had been called in. I called the doctors office and was told the doctor has until 6PM to call in medicine. I made a trip for nothing and my child had to wait a whole other day to get medicine. I think that I should have been informed of this verbally instead of a small note sitting in the corner.

The staff at this clinic go above and beyond for you. Tracey especially is an amazing Practitioner and human. They’re kind and considerate, the clinic is always clean, and the people are incredible. You will be treated by an amazing staff of healthcare miracle workers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
