Absolutely Disgusted: A Nightmare Stay Infested with Pests​I am writing this review to issue a severe warning about a recent stay that was, frankly, horrifying and completely unacceptable. Our room was absolutely filled with cockroaches, and worse, the bed was infested with bed bugs.​The result of the bed bug, we left the hotel with a significant, itchy rash on our skin which turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a hygiene nightmare. This level of infestation is a serious health concern and a complete failure of basic hotel maintenance and sanitation.​but I will say that the staff was good and friendly. They were courteous and seemed to do their best with what they had. However, no amount of friendly service can possibly compensate for a room that is teeming with vermin.​I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Given the health hazards and the sheer number of pests we encountered, it is unconscionable for this hotel to charge any reasonable price, let alone what they currently charge. A property with such severe pest control issues should not be operating at this price point—or perhaps not at all until the issue is thoroughly and professionally resolved.​Stay away if you value your health and comfort.

My stay at City Stay Grand Hotel Apartments was extremely disappointing — one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was nothing like the photos online: old furniture, a musty smell, and a bathroom with visible mold. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing until we repeatedly asked. The service made things even worse. The receptionist, Amman, was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. Every time we approached the front desk with a concern, we were met with indifference or vague responses. When we reported that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, nothing was done. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unreliable. Honestly, for what we paid, this was completely unacceptable. There are better places in the area that offer far better service and much cleaner accommodations. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in 7 days, and it was truly a memorable experience with my family . The staff were professional and attentive to all our needs specifically the receptionist Mr. Glenn. The rooms is clean and perfect for staying, near in grocery store and near in metro station. I will recommended this hotel.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this so-called "City Stay Grand Hotel Apartment". This place is not suitable for families or respectable travelers. It felt more like a prostitution hub than a hotel — with suspicious activity and people openly bringing in call girls at all hours. It was uncomfortable and disturbing. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing no regard for basic hospitality standards. One staff member in particular, Amaan, was especially unprofessional — dismissive, argumentative, and in serious need of training in customer service. He clearly lacks the skills and attitude needed to work in a hospitality setting. There are far better options in Dubai. I do not recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and respectable place to stay. Stay away.
