I'm responding to the owner's reply on my Google review.. Thank you for your response and for acknowledging my concerns. I wanted to clarify that I purchased the “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” package back in 2021, but I was still able to use services from that same package as recently as March 2023 — well beyond the stated one-year validity. If the 12-month policy was indeed in place at the time of my purchase, I’m confused as to why I was allowed to redeem services well past that period without issue. This inconsistency raises questions about how the expiry policy was communicated and enforced. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told there was no expiry, which was the main reason I went ahead with buying multiple packages. If this was incorrect, then the responsibility lies in ensuring your staff were properly informed to avoid spreading misinformation. I’ve also attached a photo of the promo stamp card as reference. While I appreciate the offer of a discount, I hope you’ll understand my frustration with how this has been handled. I would appreciate further clarification on why I was permitted to use the services past the expiry window if such a policy was already in place.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I purchased two "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" packages for half legs and Brazilian, and was clearly told at the time of purchase that there was no expiry on the services. However, when I recently tried to redeem them, I was informed that they had expired. This experience was both frustrating and misleading, especially since the no-expiry condition was a key reason I decided to buy the package. I hope the business takes steps to better clarify their policies and, more importantly, honors what was originally communicated to customers.
