Not that I should be impressed with great service or professionalism since this is something every business should be giving regardless, but I have to say that the quality of communication and genuineness was superb. The pricing was very budget friendly and all pricing for the diagnosis was discussed prior to locking me into any hidden fees. Tim spoke over possible solutions to the problem prior to moving forward with any work or ordering of parts. And he never did anything further without my permission. I would most definitely use his services again if I am ever in need.

10/10! Tim is very kind and great to work with. Clearly very knowledgeable. He was timely and completed the work fairly. My laptop display stopped working. Once he diagnosed it, I was given options and pricing. The pricing was fair and there were no surprises. I'm glad I found someone I can trust if I ever need another repair!

So I had some some issues with my Mac having the speaker being busted (wear and tear) since my laptop is 7 y/o. Of course when I went to apple, they considered my Mac obsolete with no more parts to repair. My friend works for Apple and recommend me to Tech Repair. Tim was very timely on his responses and very kind. He was able to help me and assess/check my laptop quickly and kept me updated including the cost. He diagnosed my laptop well and he was able to get the parts needed and got it fixed and ready in just 2-3 days (he had to order the part). The pricing and labor was also fair priced as compared if you have apple repair it without warranty coverage. Since my friend referred me to him, I have that trust and confidence about his skills and services and I was not disappointed at all. I am very happy to have my laptop like new again. I would definitely recommend this place for your tech needs!
