I lived here. The building looks nice on the outside, but the inside is really poorly maintained. Public areas smell like urine, elevator interiors are defaced, stairs are badly worn, and the carpet in corridors is really dirty. My flat smells like tobacco and marijuana permanently.

Wouldn't move here. Promoted as a place for students and professionals but all the homeless can walk in and sleep on the hallways, mail gets stolen, very noisy as close to PopWorld... Flats are genuinelly nice but would't move here, location is good on paper but this place hosts some of Derby's "finest" people
