Wonderful place. 5 of us ate there. Red curry, green curry, pineapple fried rice, pad tai. It was all wonderful! Great atmosphere. Very relaxing sit down experience. We were very pleased. The tea was cool. Note how the bag came through the top of the cover. Neat!

Excellent Thai Restaurant in Ames. I had the Pad ka Prow with beef and my girlfriend ordered the Drunken Noodles. Both were well-portioned and delicious! We'll be coming back again soon!

I've traveled to the area several times over the past few years, and since finding The Thai Spice, I've made sure to eat here at least once per week I'm in town. Simple, elegant décor; quiet, intimate atmosphere, with light, pleasant jazz playing in the background. Seating is great for parties of one to four. Wait staff always knowledgeable, helpful and attentive, without hovering. And the food...the food! If you like Thai, or want to try it, you *really* should come here.

Love their pad thai with a fried egg on top. Great free appetizers for lunch. Been a customer for years and they recently started serving Ramen too.
