Pros: Location, room size, cleanliness, staff and service. Cons: Card not accepted. AC didn't have temperature control. Just on or off. No hot water in tap. They say that they will send separately in 10 minutes, but we didn't get it at all. All in all better than other hotels in Paharganj.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm and Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for staying. would probably choose fabhotel delhi heart new delhi next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
