I emailed Caleb Duggan at Terminator a photo of the termite stations currently in place and asked if they could use those. He said 'no problem whatsoever' after seeing the photos. Next time I came up there was a pile of the existing stations on my porch and new stations of the exact same kind were put in the same holes where they were. And left me a bill over $1,000. Amy Mason, who calls herself the big kahuna over there, said she would charge me the normal changeover fee they would have charged, about $500, but she never followed through. She would not return my calls after that. I forwarded Caleb's email with confirmation of photo and Caleb's comments. Terminator has been sending bogus invoices for about three years with late fees. Last week I received a threatening letter from Haley Falls from Terminator. No way to run a business. If there was a negative star ranking, I would have used that one. MB

I needed somebody that we could trust and we do the job correctly and was reasonable in their price. The Terminator pest control company was the one best suited for us. Everything was done in writing and they did exactly what they said they were going to do in their customer service is by far five star. If you need any type of termite or contact them they are excellent.

I have called a half a dozen times begging and pleading with them to please help me eliminate this problem and each time I have been assured they would get out and treat ASAP and step up the frequency of treatments. The next time I call back they have no record of my last call or my most recent service. The pass me from one tech to another who and no one seems to know what is going on. I can monitor my door lock to see who comes and goes and when. Despite all my calls and concerns they have not been to my house in over 4 weeks. I have called twice in that period begging them to come and treat. I am done. They are not professional and do not seem to be well organized. They are organized enough to bill me, but the problem has only gotten worse.
