Customer experiences
Always a fun time at the woodshed. Great food. Great atmosphere. Kid friendly. Very nice staff. Cleanliness. Spacious. Disabled friendly outdoor eating. Inside eating it can be a little challenging but the staff is very accommodating and able to open the double doors to those who are wheelchair based. (Which I find that to be superb service) I always look forward in coming here and look forward to next time ♥️
We lucked out and found this gem by accident! It was busy on a Friday night around 6.30, but parking was easy and we got a table right away. Live music was playing. People were playing cornhole and just having a good time. Very fun atmosphere. Our food order arrived quickly and was delicious! Best fries I've ever had. I'd definitely come here again.
We visited The Woodshed for the free live music and had a great time! It’s a welcoming venue with plenty of space to sit, whether at tables or out on the grass. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying music outdoors. There was ample parking when we arrived, though we could see it getting tight during busier events. Overall, a great spot to unwind, listen to live music, and enjoy a casual evening out. We’d definitely come back!
We had been here before and loved the food, beer choices, atmosphere. But this time we were very disappointed by the food and service. We ordered a roast beef sandwich and fries with beer cheese to share, a beer and an iced tea. Thank goodness we got those handed right to us. We waited a good amount of time before eventually flagging down an attendant to ask about our food order. Within 5 minutes we got the sandwich. Ice cold and full of fatty gristle, where every bite has you fighting to keep the meat in the bun. Horrible. Another 5+ minutes and I had to go up to the counter to ask where the fries were. They came pretty quickly, and were pretty good but maybe just a tad undercooked (they sure hurried them out}. The grease was hot and clean so given a few more minutes the fries would have been outstanding. The beer cheese was excellent but could have been a slightly larger portion given the size of the fries. Great beer choices. The setting is relaxed, picnic/beer garden, roomy, shade available. Interesting selection of local beers, but not so many that you're overwhelmed by choices.
The Woodshed is a restaurant.
