My wife and I worked with Nicole to plan a once-in-a-lifetime dreamed about trip to Norway and we couldn't have been happier with our experience working with her. We had an idea of what we wanted to do and see and during our initial consulting phone call she immediately grasped what we wanted, had some great suggestions, and within a week or so had a draft full itinerary ready for us to review. We made some tweaks, which she was happy to accommodate, and got to work. We had planned far enough ahead that she was able to secure tickets and reservations and lock us in to all of our flights, hotels and excursions with great seats and rooms. Shortly before our trip she provided us a detail itinerary with all the reservation and booking information we needed, plus tickets that we could print off to take with us. The itinerary included not just the logistics but also some additional background information about each step of the journey. it was easy to follow and organized very well. We liked having the printed tickets even though everything was digital or on line, but it felt a bit more secure for us to have printed copies, too. Nicole touched base with us right before we left to make sure we had everything we needed and again after we returned to make sure it all went well. While it is certainly the case that in this day and age we could have made all these arrangements ourselves on line, it was so wonderful to have her take care of all these details for us - she really knows what she is doing and saved us hours and hours of time. We highly recommend Travel by Nics! Nicole is very professional and good at what she does, and also provides a welcome personal touch!

I was freaking out about the price to fly and get a hotel on game day weekend for pittsburgh i was looking at over $2600 doing it myself. And nicole got us flights and a 5 star stay at The Westin for 1450 all together. 5/5 She answered ever question i had and got me the exact flights i wanted.
