Jenny helped us plan a trip of a lifetime! The Galápagos Islands! We were in excellent hands with her. She provided information, travel tips and a daily itinerary that we could access online. No detail was too small and we knew we could contact her for any issue throughout the trip. We encountered no problems. The cruise with Celebrity Cruises did not disappoint. They were so organized and accommodated passengers with many options for excursions. You could pick and choose the experience based on your level of adventure! I highly recommend Jenny and will definitely use her services in the future.

Just returned from my first European trip planned by Jenny Ajsenberg. She was fantastic! She took time to get to know us in order to plan the perfect itinerary in London and Paris! Everything was seamless. Every aspect of the trip was loaded on an easy to use app. The one hiccup we did have she took care of immediately! After picking an itinerary she helped us with all our bookings. As our trip approached, she sent us an easy to use app for our phone that had our itinerary, booking confirmation numbers, her contact information, and helpful information about our destination (e.g., about the country, etiquette, things to be aware of).
