He walked me through each step, tested all connections, and helped narrow down the issue. The service was efficient, and the price was very fair — no surprises or unnecessary upselling. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company for all your electrical work!

This was a great experience working with TriStar. They answered the phone at 5 pm, told me what everything would cost before they came to the house. I was able to schedule the work within a couple of days to my convenience. They gave me a 10 minute warning before they came to the house. Chris was very personable and explained everything. This review for Tri Starr Electric is one that is truly well deserved and overdue. I’ve used this company before and words can’t expressed how pleased I am with their work. While everything is so high these days, I’ve found that Neil is very fair in his pricing. The work that was done on 10/23/23 exceeded my expectations. The workers did exactly what I needed and more to replace hanging electrical outlets after my basement had been waterproofed. It great to know I can now safely work in my basement without fear of being electrocuted. It’s good to know that there are still honest professionals out their who honor & value their work. I highly recommend Tri Start for your electrical needs.
