Tom was recommended to us by a close friend who has been utilizing his services for years. Our friend advised us that he was an excellent plumber but was not cheap. However, much to our delight, Tom's quote was incredibly reasonable compared to other plumbers we contacted. The method that he proposed for the work was also less invasive and could be done quickly. The day we had Tom scheduled there was a snow storm. He sent us a message advising of his delay but never cancelled! He was incredibly respectful of our home and kept his work area clean and removed his footwear when necessary. He was able to fit us into his schedule on fairly short notice and he completed the work in less time than he quoted. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone who requires a plumber and we will definitely be calling him again for our future projects.
