I had a fantastic experience at the Heartland LCBO, thanks to Jeff and Tavis. I was looking to purchase ice wine as a special gift for my wife, and both of them went above and beyond to help me make the right choice. They took the time to explain the different varieties of wine available, and what really impressed me was how clearly they broke down how to understand the sugar content just by looking at the label details. As someone who isn't very familiar with wine, their knowledge and patience made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Their passion for what they do really shows, and it made the shopping experience feel personal and thoughtful. Thanks again to Jeff and Tavis for your outstanding service.

My go to place, to buy some spirited drinks to celebrate something or wallow with my haunting past with the same ole spirits for fun. Check out the sales you can save a few bucks, and don't forget to use your card points. Some wine and other drinks have higher points when you purchase for some reasons. In the end, all wine tastes the same, and nothing else matters. The staff is helpful and great!

Big shout-out to the beer expert who helped us, I believe his name was Geoff (sorry if I got that wrong!). He was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable, walking us through popular Canadian beers and some great smaller breweries. Made the whole experience fun and easy. Great service!
